So this is an episode that was butchered by the 4kids dub... in the Japanese version all of the songs they sung were real songs they used for like series openings and endings, and I believe some of the CDs they released, but in the dub... they adapted it into that. Honestly it's pretty odd given catchy songs are one of the few things 4Kids did consistently well, I mean, they're the ones who created the iconic Pokémon opening theme.
