Martin has this annoying tedency to make me feel bad for characters who are easy to hate. Cersei knew Joffrey was a terrible person and she knew the world hated him and she even merits that hate, yet he was still her son and she still loved him. Cersei is many things; a bitch, a killer, a debauched parasite, and a lousy human being, but she is still a mother who loves her children. I find her an easy person to hate, yet I still acknowledge her qualities. Cersei is trying to make peace albeit begrudgingly with Margery. She just wants to keep Tommen safe, which I can respect. However, Cersei still gonna Cersei. I respect what Dany is doing as she is taking responsibility for the turmoils of Astapor and Yunkai, but she is also fighting a culture that predates even her own family's dynasty. She should sail for King's Landing and seize it. The common people do not care who rules them so long as they have peace, bountiful crops, and good health; Dany could bring all of that and she'd have an easy time overpowering the splintered, tired, and disorganized Lannister armies. Again Barristan is right. And as SL pointed out earlier, Petyr and Lysa are the instigators of the War of Five Kings; everything that has happened is because of them, namely Petyr aka Littlefinger. He is the architect of the war between The Starks and Lannisters and is the root of all the war, turmoil, and hell Westeros is dealing with. The Ironbank is The IRS+The Mafia; you screw with them and they will merc you. Even a man as powerful and steadfast as Tywin is scared of them. I hate Lysa... I genuinely hate her. Sansa deserves so much better than the horrors she has endured. Cersei I hate too, but I kind of empathize with her to a degree since she has had her share of woes and such, but Lysa is just a disgusting piece of shit. Even Baelish hates being around her; when you can make a sociopath like Baelish hate you, then you know you're fooked. Fun fact: The actor who plays Podrick is actually a really good horse rider. He just plays the inexperienced part for dramatic effect. :)

Also, Ned spent all that time trying to track down John Aryan's killer, thinking it was either the Lannisters, or Pycelle or someone else connected to them, when it turns out to be Jon's wife who did it, at the direction of Littlefinger. He also had her write to Cat saying the Lannisters did it in order to incite conflict between the Starks and Lannisters, as chaos in the kingdom gives him opportunities to profit (which it has).
