Agreed. I don't think she pays nearly enough attention to her experienced advisors.

Dany has been getting away with doing things her own way for too long, it's making her overconfident in her own judgement. She's been getting carried by Targaryen magic, blind luck, and good subordinates, but how long can that last?

Olena and Littlefinger's plan to involve Sansa suited both their purposes. Olena needed a scapegoat, and Sansa had the motive, and having her wear the necklace the poison was hidden in implicates her if the source of the poison is ever tracked down. Dontos, who gave her the necklace, is dead so nothing leads back to Olena. Littlefinger was in love with Cat, but now she's dead so he's moved his "affections" to Sansa, Cat's daughter. And now she had nowhere to go other than with him if she doesn't want to get executed for killing the king so he's now got control over her. As far as Dany, she's similar to the Starks in that she's very idealistic and wants to do what she believes is the right/just thing. But we know what happened to the Starks. Also, I don't think you recognized him. The guy John Snow was talking to towards the end was the guy who cut off Jamie's hand. He serves Lord Bolton, who thinks the surviving Stark Boys are going to John Snow for safety and wants them dead.

What I love about Dany's side of the story is how her, Grey Worm, and Missandei were all taken advantage of and used by others, but now they have flipped the script on its head against their former oppressors. Now they're out here emancipating Slaver's Bay. I agree with you and Barristan. What The Masters did was horrible, but not ALL of them mistreated their slaves. I'd have vetted the Masters; punish the cruel ones harshly and offer some form of clemency to the ones who treated their slaves well, maybe even use them to help keep the peace. I LOVE how Bronn gets pissed off at Jaime for not visiting Tyrion. And Baelish proving why he is among the best at what he does; he never reveals his hand and therefore no one ever knows his motives. He's not even on anyone's list of suspects, especially because they all think he's been at The Eyrie this entire time, when he's just been chilling in his boat waiting. In a way he's a lot like The Joker; he thrives on chaos. And yep, Olenna was the other half of the plan; she did it to protect Margery. Cersei is such a hypocrite; she questions why Jaime would help Catelyn get her daughters back, when we know full and well if the roles were reversed she'd have done the same. She also proved that she does not care about the margin of error of it not being Tyrion and her line of "He'd kill us all if he could" infuriates me, because while he does hate Cersei and Tywin, he'd never harm them, in fact he'd be willing to make peace with them if they'd stop being such callous, shallow, asshats to him.
