Joffrey's head is so big that I'm surprised Daenerys doesn't just cut his throat. It doesn't matter if you're king, your guards are vastly outnumbered against a crowd that wants you dead. Your guards are not going to "Kill them all" as much as you want them to.

Theon failing to cut Rodrik's head off in one stroke when we saw several much cleaner beheadings prior to this is very telling for his character.

The inconvenient things about dreams predicting the future is that they're too vague, with the sea rising to flood Winterfell and seeing Sir Rodrick drowned by it standing for sea raiders. Although I suppose once you figure out they actually mean something you can at least get the idea that "bad things are going to happen" so let's prepare.
Regarding Baelish recognizing Arya, while he does love Catelyn he's also a schemer, and keeping important information to himself until it's to his best advantage to use it is part of his character. He might have kept it a secret anyway regardless of his feeling for Cat.
Tyrion trying to keep things together in a bad situation and officially sick of Joffrey's shit heh. Also, the jab about how Joffrey owes Jamie a lot (as in he wouldn't be here if Jamie hadn't banged his mom).

I hate Theon's betrayal, but you're supposed to narratively. I also do feel some empathy for him given that his sister and father were rather assholes towards him. I also DEEPLY DESPISE his father. I don't think Theon hated The Starks so much as he just hated himself and the life he was forced to live. All the same, The Starks never mistreated him and always considered him kindred, given that he grew up alongside them.
I love Qhorin, he sees the reality of things. He knows most don't care about the Night's Watch, despite that they keep people who want to plunder the south away from the commoners who had no role in the divide between North and South.
Tywin was being mostly sarcastic to Arya, but he does have an appreciation for her. I do believe Baelish recognized Arya, but his love of Catelyn was what prevented him from spilling the beans to Tywin.
Fun fact: Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) ended up marrying Ygritte's actress. I forget when exactly, but a nice little love story for ya.
I just noticed that The Hound stared death daggers at Joffrey when he walked up the stairs. I also love that he saves Sansa. Dood grows on you despite being kind of an asshole, but deep down he cares.
Tyrion with a bitch slap outta nowhere! All my homies hate Joffrey!
Edit: Robert to Ned: "A direwolf is no pet. Get her(Sansa) a dog, she'll be happier for it"
