It's her nickname, given to her mockingly, as in the books she's supposed to be quite unattractive (messy hair, crooked teeth, too wide mouth, a nose that's been broken more than once etc) along with being taller and stronger than most men. But you'd be pretty dumb to insult or pick a fight with her directly, the fact that she won the tournament shows she's basically the best fighter in Renly's army.

Her gestures and words show that she's both smart and a bit loving, but more so the former. She is clearly well trained in the "Great game." Theon was initially writing a letter to warn Robb that his father is planning an invasion of The North, but he chose to try and earn his father's approval by aligning with him. I love Varys' riddle too. I also love that Varys was the only one not butthurt that he got played by Tyrion. I like Baelish to a degree, but I love seeing him lose. And that bit with Pycelle was awesome. Pycelle I genuinely hate for being a sniveling coward. "I always hated crossbows; take too long to reload!" - Yoren I love that he was willing to die to protect Arya and Gendry. I ADORE Yoren as a character and I hate that we lose him so early. Arya was also very quick witted to make Lommy's death mean something. She saved herself as well as the remaining Night's Watch recruits from death.
