Shinrinyoku no Forest [Part 02] - Map Pack

Hello guys! We hope you’re ready to explore a spirited forest with the legendary samurai of Shinrinyoku no Forest in this Japan-inspired three-part map-series.

“You traveled far and wide in order to bring your heroic friend’s ashes to where his journey had begun. Finally, after months of searching, you found the entrance to the shrine atop the hill. His urn is scratched up and dented, but survived the trip.

Tombstones lie scattered across the yellow forest. Legend has it that these yellow trees were once a youthful green. The many samurai who trained from atop the hill were all at some point sent into the world on journeys filled with a myriad of battles and bloodshed. So many, in fact, that by the time countless warriors returned at their lifecycle’s end, as if touched by their brave spirit, the forest had steadily turned a vivid yellow.

No matter how tranquil the forest may seem to ordinary eyes, the bloodlust emanating from each and every grave is making you nauseous to the stomach. These samurai must’ve been immensely powerful to even in death make you feel as if their blades are but an inch away from slashing your throat.”
