He also doesn't have such a balanced crew as Blackbeard, Shanks, and Luffy do in terms of fighting power. Law is significantly stronger than everyone else in his crew, I'd say by a pretty wide margin. Blackbeard made sure to recruit strong guys and equip them with powerful fruit abilities. I don't think Blackbeard is quite as strong as Big Mum yet, but it's not a 1v1 in the first place, since Law's crewmates won't match up to Blackbeard's titanic captains.

He was rescued off of Marie Jois by the revolutionaries, although he had already gone through the final cyborg upgrade that eliminated all his individuality. Bonney is simply too emotionally attached to her father, understandably, so even the Pacifista copies of Kuma are too much for her to fight against.
