The early episodes don't do Bullock any favours, but he's gotta be one of my favourite cops in the Gotham PD. Montoya actually went on to be a super hero in her own right in the comics. She succeeded Vic Sage as The Question. Also of course Hackle's an asshole. He's Internal Affairs, in Cop fiction they're always assholes.
