[Info] Development

This month I didn't have so much time to develop because of family and work. But I was not completely idle. I organized many folders, created offline mindmaps, experimented a bit with AI (don't worry, all artwork in my games will still be by real artists) and searched/found new resources.


I also refined the game concept for Nekomata 2 a bit.


We know she surrenders to the Ancient One in the true ending of part 1 to find a way to destroy him. After "learning" a few things in Nekogotchi to fulfill her new duties as a concubine, she will simultaneously infiltrate the Ancient One's palace (a tower surrounded by water) and uncover some secrets. The daily schedule is divided into 3 sections, which are presented by "activity cards", so every day Nekomata has to fulfill 3 random duties that will affect her mind/health accordingly. On the other hand, there are also positive activities that bring her rest. This was only a rough overview of the cards, it will be a little more complex. In the evening, when she has fulfilled her duty, she will be able to explore the tower of her own choice to complete quests. After this phase, Nekomata goes to her room to sleep. Once Nekomata is asleep, her mind dives into the void where she has been locked up for so long. There, similar to the first part, she will be able to use dice to walk on paths (this time in several directions) to unlock new activity cards that will hopefully help her not to lose her mind.
