Build 131: New feature, "Secrets"

Secrets can be inserted into any document from the slashmenu. They can only be viewed by users with Edit permissions on the document, and their content is not searchable. You can embed all kinds of content within them, just like any paragraph or quote block. To a read-only user, it'll be as if nothing is there.
Secrets will be getting more powerful over time, with more granular "reveal" controls besides the user's edit rights. I figured this MVP version of Secrets will provide pretty useful in the meantime. They also aren't really "designed" yet, so expect their visual presentation to change as well.
