Also the fact that he's so much more wildly powerful than everyone else, you saw the glimpse of it but he could slice his sister apart in 50 different ways before she even realizes anything was happening, but hes so committed to staying an unnoticable background character he'll gladly take a beating to maintain it, you could call him the ultimate method actor

2023-08-23 15:31:31 +0000 UTCso... this is cut from the anime, but in the manga Cid's death... is kind of special... it was his own fault, he was training in the woods in nothing but a loincloth when he ran onto the middle of a road right in front of an on coming truck, also, before being reincarnated, Cid was completely jacked for a long time before slimming down, like seriously bulky, Broly levels of muscle bulk. Cid isn't interested in being the hero or main character himself, his dream is kind of to find the hero and support their growth in the shadows.
