HOW ARE YOU.. I AM OKAY but am LATE again with art, which I DO NOT LIKE... I am sure you do not like it either. I have until the end of the month to finish the Gum poll winner print (it's turned into a Jet Set Radio print now) and the three stickers (they're gunna be Deltarune!) and usually that'd be a doable challenge- but there is a 3-day convention coming up this weekend. Con prep is always a lot, and then there's the con itself, so I'm definitely going to be late. I've got sketches of both (posted them on discord!!), but that's all so far. I really don't want to skip on quality in order to get them done.

I will do my best to catch up in July, but to be thorough I'll be pausing the patreon in August!! This means you won't be charged. You don't have to do anything. I will announce this properly in July.

I hope you liked Rosalina!!! It took me SO LONG to do that drawing... and I think it exposed a lot of my weak points too. It's given me some good motivation to study. I think there's been a shift in the kind of art people like in the past year, and what is more appreciated by art lovers these days are pieces that require a lot of technical skill and knowledge. It makes sense as AI can just make a thousand "cute girl of the week" art pieces in seconds!! I can't quite get away with what I used to, I think. Lately I've been inspired my by friends Kornart and Alinalal; who play with composition, can utilize perspective and render complicated lighting scenarios. I'm going to try and elevate my style with more technical knowledge, so I hope you are excited for that. However, don't worry, I'm not gunna forget to draw a pretty art of a pretty character when I feel like it!! It's my favourite thing to do!!

I'm so happy! Last summer was my first summer in this house, and I really struggled to work because the heat is ridiculous in my room. Not only is it hot in general these days, but I am in a loft conversion. Idk if you've ever been in a loft during a heatwave- holy shit, these things get unreasonably toasty. I saved up since last year though and was able to drop £300 on an air conditioner. This bad boy is a game changer. I love him and think we should name him!!!! Let me know what you think!!

It's because of you, haha. Hell yeah. Thank you so much for paying me. I can make my art in peace, and as a bonus I also get to sleep well now too. It has felt especially good to have this air conditioner while my body recovers from being ill. I'm very much hoping this is the tail end of the health problems saga now!! I'm on the mend for sure!! I really appreciate your support, it made something that would've been unmanageable, manageable. I'm just feeling really privileged and stuff. I wanted to make a post about it. Thank you.
