HOW GOOD IS THIS MOVIE?

Is that one good? Is it potently scary?... I'd like to see it, but I enjoy getting you guys' feedback first on anything like that.

Haven't seen it since I was a kid tbh, but I think it was good. Definitely intended to be, like, a gateway into the scary movie genre for kids.

2023-08-06 18:16:57 +0000 UTCIt is my favorite horror movie, partially due to the amount it messed with me when I saw it as a kid/nostalgia, my mom really shouldn't have let me watch it, lol. There is also something about a certain twist towards the end that still gives me shivers, the way the actor delivers the line revealing the twist is so very chilling. It's not gory or bloody, but it is really unnerving and suspenseful. I do want to mention that there are scenes depicting child abuse, nothing too graphic, but I know some people would like to know that before going in. I hope you react to it, it truly is a horror staple!
