I've wanted to see this movie for years, and I'm really glad I did! What a lot of fun!

I wonder... were you watching the extended version? I'd be perfectly synced and next thing I know you're commenting on something I haven't seen and shortly later I'm like oh he's reacting to something I saw a minute ago. I'll re-sync it based on what you're reacting too and in short term I'll be 20 seconds ahead and then a minute. So the only two things I can think is either extended version or there's different scenes shown/cut between sorcerers stone and philosophers stone as I'm watching philosophers stone and you the sorcerers stone.

There might not have been anything spoken in this one, but I figured people would sync the timestamp or the visuals... I can see if I can remember to clip something with dialogue... Netflix no longer had this... There's a more widely available service for this one?

Peacock isn't available in the uk and the version you were watching is apparently different than I was so I couldn't sync them

In the UK the first film and book are actually called Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, they changed it in the US because Scholastic apparently didn't think Americans would understand what a Philosopher is, I'm pretty sure they re-recorded some scenes as well because of it, because It sounds like in your version of the film they do call it the sorcerers stone.

These are YouTube videos, as well, and a 2-hour movie takes me at least two hours to complete both edits, so we're talking over 4 hours total time to post one vid here and at YT. These are, by far, the toughest things for me to schedule.
