I would normally be at least understanding with the lemurs' perspective but frankly they went through a whole battle without killing because they are only fighting battle droids. Only in the Disney content have they ever introduced the idea that droids have achieved full AI, which was complete bollocks. If you ain't killing, there should be no objections to fighting. And especially not in this scenario. There are obviously situations such as Umbara and Geonosis where the planets are Separatist loyalists and its citizens will fight against Jedi and clones, but this is the minority of occasions, from my knowledge of the Star Wars Universe. As an aside, I also think that this 2-parter episode pairs very well with the next episode.

Qui-Gon said F-you to the council to take Anakin as his intern because he remembered when the Jedi cared about people. Things would be different if Qui-Gon was alive for The Clone Wars. Qui-Gon’s master is Dooku and Dooku turned to the dark side because of what The Emperor did to Qui-Gon. I can see where you're coming from, Curtis from the opening line.

2023-06-26 13:08:47 +0000 UTCFatty missed an opportunity to fire another shell just as the Jedi left the shield to engage the droids, would have either killed them or forced them back into the shield which would let the droids enter it unharmed. That said, he didn't seem like the sharpest battlefield commander.
