15:44 Droids: "should we get out of the way?" 15:47 "Nah"

oh no I mean they sell the Aardvarks in Droid Depot as well, good qualities ones as well. That's what they're called, Battle Droids, and the greyish blue ones are called Super Battle Droids, not the most original name obviously lol, but they're recognizable for a reason.

Yea, Brax built an R2 unto a few years ago... I need some Aardvarks, though! 😁

I think the villains of each film symbolizes what Anakin would become as Darth Vader; Darth Maul was a Sith consumed by hatred, Count Dooku was a fallen Jedi, and General Grievous was a cyborg.

Joel Miller

What's more his behavior in the cartoon is much closer to the actual movie where he retreats at multiple points when he loses the advantage.

The change was very deliberate. He was too similar to Vader originally. Making him relatively capable but more shrewd and cowardly makes him more unique IMO.

Anakin is actually the one who created C-3PO, he made him in the first film when he was a little kid, he's actually kind of a genius with machines. you can get a Battle Droid in Galaxy's Edge by the way, they're in the Droid Depot, there's a few that even talk and have removeable heads, for obvious reasons. I'm actually kind of surprised Disney hasn't made a popcorn bucket shaped like one, or sold their backpacks.

Clone wars is one of my favorite series, but dear god I hate how Grevious is shown. Curtis if you ever get the chance in the future definitely check out Grevious in the 2003 clone wars series (it’s not canon anymore), but the dudes a force of nature in it.

Jiggy Watts

Grievous saying "Hello there" is a reference to the movies, look up the "Hello there" meme, it's pretty famous in the Star Wars community, although it doesn't make much sense out of context.

J Johnson

Ah one of my critiques for this show is how they portrayed Grievous, as I mention before he was a warlord that conquered his planet so in terms of fighting and strategy he should be up there. He is supposed to be like a Jedi killer instead here he’s shown as a coward to put it simply. Very different from a warrior ge would claim to be.
