itch.io build up for a pet shop after dark!

hello! the itch.io build is up for a pet shop after dark so you should all be able to download and play now... 👀

since this is ahead of the actual release day (a little early access for you all!) i would just like to ask the following:

- please don't share spoilers ahead of the game's public release! this includes posting on social media, streaming, &c.

- if you are playing on mac, please make sure to move the game from the downloads folder to a folder with read-write permissions or the game will not work properly!!! do not install it in your downloads folder!

- keep in mind that the save files for steam & itch.io are shared by default! if this is something that will bother you, i suggest you follow the instructions on the ren'py faq (https://renpy.org/wiki/renpy/doc/FAQ) under "Where does Ren'Py store my save games and persistent data?" to create a Ren'Py Data folder in the root folder where the itch.io game folder is stored to sandbox the itch.io save files from the steam save files.

as a separate note when the steam game releases you should be able to continue playing the game from the itch version to the steam version with no issues. if you've passed any achievement unlock points in the itch version, the steam version will automatically unlock them when you load the game.
