Flotsam Harbour doodles: Joanne?

Some funny doodles I did while doing some writing/rewriting for my comic Flotsam. Even though each of the four protagonists represent a different aspect of myself, John acted as my author avatar being the most like me physically and personally-wise. It goes without saying that I've made some self-discoveries since his conception and while doing the rewrite, I entertained the idea that maybe Sarah and Laurie weren't the only trans characters - that, unlike those two who show up to the scene already knowing who they are, my author avatar's journey should be seen and unfolded through the story.
Perhaps Sarah can hook them up with some advanced alien technology if they wanted some gender-affirming care.
