A topical and oral panacea for skin issues

Spore-forming probiotics in particular are almost a panacea for virtually all skin issues. They restore the skin barrier and fight off pathogens similar to how spores work in the gut. They’re one of the few non-problematic skin care options that can be used daily to promote skin health. Spores also ferment sugars in the juice into unmake antioxidants that heal the skin

Many topical skincare products destroy the skin microbiome. Probiotics restore it.

Video summary — how to use saccromyces bourdii and spore-forming probiotics to ferment fruit juices into a fermented beverage

Applications — topical for dermatitis, skin irritation, topical fungal infections, acne, eczema, sunburn, skin damage, wrinkles, anti-aging. Oral for gut health

Can be used in place of the protocol in the ‘speed running the fungal protocol’ article that uses higher doses of saccromyces.

How to make — add 1 serving of spores (1 capsule for just thrive and 2 capsules for megaspore) and 2 capsules (10billiln CFU) of saccromyces boulardii (one capsule of RestoreFlora and one capsule of FLorastor if using both, or two capsules of one or the other). Let it sit at room tempature for 72 hours. Dont screw on the lid too tight. Leave it slightly unscrewed to allow some of the carbon dioxide to escape. NEVER ferment juices in plastic. Buy in glass or remove from plastic and add to glass before fermenting. To make your next batch, save 2 tablespoons of the liquid/juice and simply add it to a new bottle of juice. Remember, the juice contains all of the bacteria you initially added. Therefore, you don’t need to start fresh with capsules.

Dosing — 1/2 tsp intially taken orally to assess tolerance. Increase by 1/2 tsp every other day or every 4-5 days once tolerance has been established. Increased to 1-2 tbsp daily while on the fungal protocol. Spores also can be fermented by themselves without saccromyces. This is best done in lower sugar beverages like coconut water. Apply liberally all over body or to desired areas.

Topical applications — coconut water works and leaves little to no smell on the skin. For drinks I like beets as a great way to get in nitrate containing vegetables for NO.

for topical use, would you put it directly on your scalp?

Just watched the video. 3 questions.. 1. If using topically for Eczema would Restor Flora or Flora Restore (not sure what brand that was?)be better? Along with the spores. 2. Assuming when fermenting in a glass container we don't want to seal the lid due to the pressure build up? Cover with a tight muslin or something like that? 3. Could I then transfer into a spray bottle so its easier to apply, or would the spray mechanism block bacteria in some way?

Watching this 👀. Great to have topical protocol. Once/twice a day? Leave it on all day/night? Or wash off after a period of time? Assume okay to use on my 2 year old daughter with Eczema?

how long should tropical application kept on the skin for desired affect? Also since i live in india, to get the same strain we have to use a different brand.

Yes only thing that matters is that it’s pasteurized coconut water, never use raw coconut water from coconuts. Those contrain tons of potentially extremely dangerous bacteria you don’t want to ferment

I always buy the pink refrigerated coconut water. I’m wondering if its ok to use that and let it sit out for the 72 hours?
