You may have recalled the post I did on my recent 5-amino-1MQ experiment. If you don’t or you’re a new member, I’d consider reading the article below

To summarize, 5-amino is a small, membrane permeable molecule that’s gained a lot of attention for its ability to improve power output and muscle contractile potential. Those are confirmed benefits, and I’ve definitely noticed nearly every time I’ve taken it
Something interesting that I also noticed anecdotally while taking 5-amino was better intra-muscular coordination and improved motor performance. Particularly on sides of the body or on select unilateral exercises where I tend to be a little more ‘off’ on one side vs the other,
The cool thing is that these benefits didn’t disappear after I stopped taking it. I seemed to retain a lot of the advantages after stopping, which makes me think this could be a very useful compound for improving things like skill acquisition in sports, and even limb rehabilitation after injuries, strokes and or other insults. It’s difficult to truly assess to what extent asymmetries actually contribute to things like pain and dysfunction. But it’s clear they impact our performance (as I’ll demonstrate bellow). I do believe this could be a useful strategy for movement practioners to augment the benefits of a corrective exercise style program or intervention. (Another reason why you can’t and shouldn’t seperate fitness, rehab and nutrition!)
I’ve always struggled a bit to really feel my left side on supercat throws and or jammer jerks like I do my right. Conversely, it’s always been real easy for me to sink into the right hip. Virtually everything rotational also feels better on the right side. I noticed feeling tremendously more fluid and coordinated on my left side after my first dose, which I haven’t noticed from other nootropics and ‘output’ boosters like alpha-GCP.
Those benefits have seemed to ‘stick’ long after supplementation stopped.
