We know altered states of conciousness and positive thinking impact the immune system. Might the DC current be the stimulus that tell the immune system what to do and where?

One of the fascinating phenomena observed by Becker was the ability of certain individuals to undergo surgery without anesthesia by harnessing the power of hypnosis to modulate their consciousness and alter their perception of pain. Through the use of hypnosis, patients could focus their attention and intention on specific parts of their body, effectively dampening the experience of pain and discomfort typically associated with surgical procedures. In certain experiments, patients were able to cool their hands or increase blood flow to specific areas of the body through focused attention and visualization techniques. By directing their consciousness towards the desired outcome, Becker believed individuals could potentially influence the flow of DC electric currents within their body, thereby modulating vascular responses and thermoregulatory mechanisms among many other things

Here’s where things get really fuckin wild.

Becker also postulated that these fields could potentially enable individuals to perceive within their bodies without using their eyes. Becker suggested that the combination of morphogenic fields and DC electric currents could relay a three-dimensional blueprint of information within the body, allowing for a unique form of visualization to take place under altered states of consciousness like meditation or hypnotherapy.

In his book ‘cross currents ‘Becker discussed the intriguing idea that conscious visualization could play a role both systemic and localized healing responses. He shared a story where a boy used meditation to visualize a tumor within his body shrinking, and remarkably, the description of the tumor provided by the boy during this visualization was reportedly accurate. Both the shape and size of the tumor, and what was left over afterward (a small calcium deposit). This suggests a potential connection between consciousness, visualization, and the accurate perception of internal conditions in a way that hasn’t been described (to my knowledge) anywhere else

This could describe a more direct benefit for practices like meditation and visualization, compared to the vague theories we often hear surrounding things like ‘immune boosting’ etc.

I get that this is very much theoretical and a little hard to believe . But it’s extremely interesting nonetheless. Maybe this will provide you with new motivation to engage in a mindfulness practice

My girlfriend experienced a young boy who did something like this once They went to this special school in south africa that focused on meditation or something She tested the boy by writing words on a piece of paper while his eyes were closed and he could tell what she wrote without looking, by just visualizing in his head She and a couple people tested this again and again with holding objects, moving him to the end of the room, etc. and he could tell what you were hiding. Theres some videos on tiktok as well something about the monroe institute
