Zaara (12-26)
Added 2024-01-22 21:45:15 +0000 UTCIt's been quite a while since I last posted anything about my Condemned Genie, Zaara. So here ya go.
Now then, I guess I'll explain a little something about Zaara that will show up in the short story I'm currently working on. Unlike regular genies that can only grant 3 instantly occuring wishes per person, Zaara is Condemned and has something quite different. First of all, to be Condemned means to be locked at level 1, be unable to gain skills, to lose all skills, and to be given one skill that uses something else as a source of power. In Zaara's case, she can still grant wishes, but it's through her one ability that also allows her to grant unlimited wishes, to some extent at least. With the Fate Weaver skill, Zaara will grant any wish she's told, but the result won't be instant. Instead, certain things will play out to arrive at the outcome that was wished for. However, she's a twisted creature that loves toying with her "victims" by turning their own wishes against them, making them regret what they wished for or worse, becoming corrupted by the twisted outcome~ Now about the "to some extent" part I mentioned. She can't grant a wish that effects something with divine power, that being gods, demigods, and creatures with divine skills. Also, whatever wish she grants can't be undone by another wish, so be careful what you wish for~
There'll be a few examples of Zaara's mischief in my next short story, so I hope some you guys will enjoy it once I'm done.
