LA DAY 19

Like I can see huge changed now every day, look how much more my gut is sagging, how prominent it is in tshirts, its really taking over. Most of my days here revolve around food or esting. I have definitely gotten slower, more out of breath (even my apple watch sent me a notification - sse screenshot). I can feel my body expanding and I need more. My stomach is really stretching out, I worry that going back to regular eating might not even be possible anymore because I’d just be starving all the time.
