New OC, Cryostal (0-14)

So, would anyone care to give this chilly woman some warmth?~ She may act calm and motherly, but she can be as wild as a blizzard when she really gets into it~
Just a heads up. I plan on making a title and tattoo edit of her at some point, but my primary focus will be getting pictures of two more new OCs I've been wanting to show off for a while. I'll also try to get a few captions done, but I have a lot to catch up on, so please be patient with me.
