Deku would distribute 50% of his power across various students selected specifically by the Board. The first of many being his long-time friend whom he has been through thick and thin, Ochaco Uraraka. The Board booked out a classroom specifically for them to meet up the next morning in order to kick a project known as 'All For Nut'.
