I heard from Patreon that in certain parts of the world, some sort of tax will be added to future pledges. Countries and regions add tax onto things in their own ways, and it depends on the location of the customer, so this was inevitable. But I was told that the percentage will range from zero to very small. Patreon will send everyone a message with the details.
It seems that for legal reasons, Patreon—and I—cannot deduct that tax from my side (meaning that I cannot choose to make the tax invisible for you by automatically paying it from my earnings; apparently because that would result in a different "price" for different people).
So instead I will do my best to make even more, and even more wonderful pictures for you to enjoy, and come up with new ways to delight you ^^

Good to know! I did know from before that the EU, as an example, has more taxes or at least is stricter with them than many other places.
