I find your reactions to the two new cactus versions so entertaining if not for the sole reason that both of them got released in 2017 at the same time of cactus, and at one point in time, those 2 songs consited of 1/2 of all of A.C.E's original tracks, alongside the og cactus and the zombie dance XD

The (translated) lyrics of Talk You Down and Remember Us make me emotional. 🥺
As far as I am aware, the only place you could find the English version of Cactus before this album dropped was a lyric video someone uploaded on YouTube in 2017.
The Changer : Dear Eris album feels like a hug. A.C.E are no strangers to having songs with super different vibes on the same album, I'm looking at you Golden Goose and Clover, but I think it's the perfect album to unwind (?) to given the circumstances. Not really a send off per say, but just a pause. Changer is so feel-good (the music video is so wholesome), while there are some new takes on old songs mixed with the emotional and beautiful new b-sides. I've been crying a lot since the news, I'm new to idols enlisting (let alone my faves!), but I'm so grateful for the gift they gave us and I'm so proud of them. They deserve so much more recognition; they deserve the world!

The moving performance video they uploaded earlier this year of Jindo Arirang is absolutely beautiful too. <3

Jindo Arirang is listed as a Prequel because it was the intro song to their KCON:TACT3 Favorite Boys stage! If I don't one of us patrons needs to request it for a stream because it is GORGEOUS all around
Also idk if you noticed, but Remember Us is pretty much ALL Wow (until the end, which made me CRY cry), and it really just shows again what a group of aces they really are with the way he held his own the entire song. I think it also shows how caught off guard they were with Donghun's enlistment because I know they would've given him his own moment also, either in Remember Us or his own song, but the album might've already been finished by then. Either way, I love that the title is Remember US because it still encapsulates both Wow and Donghun.
Considering the extremely quick turnaround on this album, I cannot be more proud of them and their team for what they did. Because while the songs are old songs, they didn't just put the originals on the albums like a regular repackage, they did an incredible job re-recording them in such a short amount of time. I can't wait until they come back as 5, I love them all so much 🥺
