We're here to help!

Hey guys, 

If any of you have any questions about using TwoSeven or are having trouble using any of our features, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! 

We're only two people and might take a bit to respond given the large number of messages, but here are some quick ways to help us prioritize your messages over others:

1. Make use of Discord 

Once you link your Patreon and Discord accounts (and join our Discord server), you'll have access to the Patron-only Discord channel. We'll try to respond there before we check our emails, tweets, reddit, or other channels.

Joining our Discord server will also help you follow discussions on our other channels where your questions might already be answered, so you won't have to wait for our responses!

2. Message us on Patreon

We're not crazy about Patreon's messaging service, but writing to us on Patreon rather than on other apps will help us identify you as a patron, thereby helping us prioritize your questions.

We will be the first to admit that TwoSeven is not the most user-friendly website. However, we're fairly confident that we can get you unblocked and watching together relatively quickly!

P.S. Stay tuned for another Patreon-post about something exciting that we're working on which will enable you to watch a large number of subscription services that TwoSeven doesn't currently support.

Hey, I became a patron today and I just love your application. Recently, I've been unable to create new rooms, moreover I see my friend's list as empty though previously it showed all my friends. Please help me out here...

We just heard from Patreon. Hopefully you'll all be set up before the end of today. Here's what they told us: Hey​, Thank you for writing in and letting us now about this. We are experiencing delays updating the latest member information and expect that to be caught up by the end of today. This was related to the trouble we had yesterday. I appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if you notice any changes, or if I can support you with anything else.
