First, If you're having trouble accessing your patron privileges, please reach out to us so we can help you link your accounts. If you're having trouble using Hulu or Disney+, get in touch---we'll work to get your issues resolved.
Second, currently, all patrons in the social-distancer tier ($3) get all patron features on twoseven.xyz. If you are on a higher tier, feel free to edit your pledge. Our extension takes a while to update its state of whether the logged in user is a patron or not. You can log out of the extension and log back in to update this immediately.
There are ongoing issues with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon on Chrome. Chrome has been releasing their new cookie changes in small increments, and if you've received this change, then you're probably having trouble using these websites from within TwoSeven. If you're having trouble logging in, please consider using Firefox instead. Just ensure your extension is up-to-date. What makes these issues hard to fix is that, neither of us devs have been affected by these cookie changes. So it's a lot of trial-and-error on our part at the moment. If you do try Firefox, please get in touch with us and let us know how it goes.
We're working hard to fix any issues that crop up---particularly for our patrons. We were notified that Disney+ did not work as expected for international users, and we believe we have fixed this issue. The fix is out on Firefox, and should be out on Chrome in a week or so (Chrome is slow with extension updates).
Join our little Discord server, we're a quiet bunch, but we, the devs and mods (we're so grateful for their help!), are very active over there, and you're likely to receive help much faster.
Last but not least, during the last two weeks, we also hit our patron stretch-goal for a UI redesign and exploring creation of a mobile app. We've started sending out feelers, but things will probably materialize only after the situation stabilizes a little more---both, in terms of the pandemic, as well as the continuously increasing traffic to our servers.
