Can you prusik double ropes?

I'm headed to Spain today for my gf bday and I found out Hard is Easy lives 30 minutes where we'll be staying so we'll be able to film some videos with him. That's going to be fun!

Having a prusik around 2 ropes can be for a handful on contexts, but this was looking through the view point of a SAR (Search and Rescue) lens.
