Nicely done. Thou this commentary did make Me curious. "Which Starter is the absolute best choice per generation". We know every or every other generation does make the gym types different. Like You said We do need to take into consideration what each starter has for status advantages per level restriction per gym & what the gym-leader has for pokémon beyond their name. Like You said some gyms even only has one pokémon that can counter one direct starter. But then We need to take in the percent odds, As they aren't real players but NPC's.
