First RR was to draw "Chícola y La Ganga", a famous Puertorrican children's TV star from the 80s-90s. Chícola is old today, but she was on TV for maaaaaaany years, dressed up and teaching kids about recycling and stuff.
Her program was called "Chicola and the gang"...so naturally....
