"SPLINT" - Rough beginning sketches on Procreate

A while ago, I sketched out this little idea in my Daily Doodle Diary and I was always keen to explore it further, so I spent a while developing it in Procreate.
I explored an extensive number of different poses, and brainstormed various avenues in notes and writing.
The session culminated with the character being effectively encaged by arrows holding up a circus tent as a make-shift shelter.
The idea has diverged quite a lot from the original concept, and while I don't feel satisfied that I have explored the original idea to its full potential, it did spark a number of new avenues and potential images that I am looking forward to developing on their own!
I trust I will have more to say regarding this idea and its off-shoots as I work on them further in the future. :)
