Inktober 21 Day 07 - THE IMPACT

Hi peeps,
Day 07 is all done!
This one is a variation on a concept I'm sure you've seen before, as I have worked on various iterations of it several times without being able to settle on a final version I liked.
This is the closest I have come to feeling satisfied with this concept though.
I think it looks very efficient in black and white!
I wasn't sure I would manage the glow effect and it was a little hit and miss for a while but I think the final result came out better than I hoped. :)
My aim with this idea was to juxtapose damage and beauty, a combination of themes I am regularly drawn to. I tried an off-center composition to help project that sense of imbalance and make the whole image a little more dynamic, as it helps guide the eye with a movement akin to that of the falling stars.

I also managed to get some good progress on Day 08 but I have been stuck with admin all day so far so haven't gotten round to finishing it quite yet. I did manage to package all sticker rewards however, so these will go out tomorrow! :)
I also finished the Process Video, so that will go up in about an hour or so.
