Apologies if I’ve been a bit quiet. My adhd meds were out of stock and I had to go like five days without and that really screws me up a bit. But back on schedule!
I also kinda had a little idea? I got a little booted off my gym routine but I’m back on and instead of just like workout mirror selfies I was curious if you’d all like me to post the workouts. Think it might be a fun thing and you can all follow along if you would like. Little workout buddy accountability thing.
(Plus I mean way more shirtless gym pics lol)
