NEPHILA - Finished Painting

Hi everyone,
So, after a bumpy start on this small painting series and failing my first painting attempt, I managed to finish this piece and I am pretty happy with it!
This one is "Nephila".
I included some progress shots below and will ultimately have a Process PDF and timelapse of it all.
I am also thinking of creating a post about the symbolism and my interpretation of this illustration, if that is something you would find interesting?
Let me know!
In the meantime, I would love to hear how you interpret this piece yourself!
This will be the print for October, and I am now working on the September piece, so stay tuned for some WIP shots of that soon. :)
