"Rapunzel" WIP - Thumbnails + Sketches

Here is piece #3 from my small 5 painting series.
This one was the most straightforward so far, and was the one I made the least amount of preliminary sketches for.
The idea initially stemmed from a sketch from a little while ago, as most of the pieces in this series did, which you can see below on the left.
The sketch on the right is the one I created last week, and will be the basis for the painting itself.
I did do a few thumbnail sketches, but mostly to rule out ideas rather than find some, since the first composition appealed to me immediately.
I like the angle and the foot in the foreground, as well as the pose, which suggest a weight to the head, pulling the character to the right.
My initial intention was to have long hair flowing out of the body from the head, but I am now wondering if the hair could maybe turn into fabric draping around the body.
What do you guys think?
That's it for this one for now, I will have 2 more pieces to show you this week!
I have one last sketch to create for the series and then it will be time to transfer and paint. :)
