The saves are the files ending in .hdsav in '\Android\data\com.HachiGames.HailDicktator\files\save' You can copy them to a safe location on your phone with any file browser app. Then, after installing chapter 3, you can copy them back there (although you might have to create a save ingame first for the folder to be created)

2024-05-02 18:05:40 +0000 UTChmm that is weird, indeed. You could try uninstalling the old chapter first (though keep in mind that this will wipe your save games, so best to back them up if you want to hold on to them (chapter 3 starts you where chapter 2 ends though))
