Important Update on the New Tiers - Flower Picking and Tailored Bouquet

Hey everyone! Just giving a heads up that I've closed off access to the rewards tiers (Flower Picking and Tailored Bouquet) for new members. Those of you who are still paying for those Tiers, you can still claim your rewards via DMs with no issues, and you can stay on that tier for as long as you want.

The reason I'm closing them off for now is because I feel like either my rules are not easily understandable or people are not paying attention to them that much. This leads to some members cancelling their memberships and never checking their DMs, and I fear some of those who already left are under the assumption that I scammed them, which is definitely not the case.

I do my best to notify everyone as much as possible, as well as send out reminders of unclaimed rewards, but to be honest, it has been stressful keeping up with it since most people don't check the patreon DMs (with good reason tho, since I've heard that patreon is actually failing at giving out notifications).

I know this might come as a bit of a vent, and I do apologise for that, but I want to make sure I share the reasons why I change things in my page.

For now, I don't know when I'll open these Tiers again, so I'm sorry for those of you who had plans on joining. I will keep looking out for options on how I can sell the Patreon Rewards in a way that works best for both the customer and myself.

Also, just to clarify, I don't blame anyone that never replied back to me about claiming their rewards. I'm super aware how this website has been failing with notifications and I know it's also not the most intuitive website to use. The DM's page shouldn't be as hidden as it is right now and I'm hoping to maybe give them feedback about these issues soon. Also, I know life gets in the way and we just forget things, and being that Patreon is not a common platform that most people use (like twitter or instagram), people can easily forget to check it.
