1. Miriam 2. Avery 3. Natalie 4. Gwen 5. Rebecca My vote is affected by recent bias. After a long break, I just binged through chapters 69 to 79 and these 5 were the major characters in the last 10 chapters I read. If I reread the whole story again from start then maybe my top 5 would be different except that Miriam would still be number 1. She is my favorite, and her position is very solid at the top.

I think I've actually caused a bit of a misunderstanding with these polls. This isn't the first time I've run this poll, and back then I told everyone that I would run a few of them as we got further into the story, just to see where we were at. Obviously, we don't know enough info about certain characters to determine a true core harem at this point, but I'm just gauging interest in the 9 women present in the story. For example, last poll, it was a very clear top 5 of: Serenity, Gabriella, Avery (across the board, these three were the highest), with Gwen and Miriam being close behind. But this time, the spread has changed quite a bit. Gabriella isn't rating as high, and Natalie is a front contender now, etc.

Yeah. I’m really interested in seeing more of Rosa and what she’s like before a core is really settled. I am also kind of surprised by how much Natalie has a lead on some of the first members like Gabby, like there is a recency bias, so it’d be intriguing to see what the results would be for another poll after Rosa gets some scene time. I’d almost anticipate a similar skew in numbers.

#1 Avery -> She comes across as really relatable and real #2 Natalie -> Very interesting background and the bond with Kai is very interesting #3 and #4 Rosa and Gwen -> Both very different and ominous and also really unique. Really excited to see what you have in plan for them, especially Rosa #5 Ms. Rebecca or Michelle -> Love how you work their motherly role into the story

Represents the unknown, in a way. For those who'd prefer possibilities instead of existing characters, if there aren't 5 they like enough.

I agree with Michael Gilbert. While I might change who my favorites are as the story develops, we haven't seen much of Rosa. Yes, she was invited to the outdoor "picnic" at Miriam's mansion, but we don't know her personality or interests. All we know is Kai saved her, and she was thrown away by other vampires.
