Here is Milfy Day Multi-language patch 0.8.3. Now we have English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French, Korean, German and Russian.
It's machine translated. Because every time the game is updated, there are many text changes, which means old translation files might no longer work. If I were to hire professional translators – who would likely be from different countries with different languages – to work on this project regularly and repeatedly, it would be something I simply couldn't afford. And even me, I still have to work part-time every week for my living. This is all I can offer at the moment.
I must say, for some Renpy game reason, I only translated all the dialog, it doesn't include some menus and screen texts. Don't worry if other parts are still in English; everything should become familiar once you see the dialogue.
I checked 90% of the content, did my best to minimize the frequency of errors. But you may still get a game crash, try to ignore it, everything is OK. If you still can't play, switch it to English, and switch back after passing the crash part.

How to install
Download the zip file and unzip it. Put the file in Milfy Day/game, overwrite the original file.
If it's a Mac, put the unzipped file in here: MilfyDay.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/game
How to use
When you put the file in the right place, you will see the language button in the upper right corner of the game menu, click it to switch your language.
And, I keep the 0.8 patch as a backup, so if you're playing 0.8, check this.
