When she first said the "Democratic party", it's funny because there's such a huge political tension in Korea and she unintentionally stepped *right* into it (this is why Eunji looks so nervous). Then she says "Saenuri party" (an old name for the current conservative party), which is hilarious because it's such an obvious and blatant attempt at trying to mitigate the political mess Mimi stepped into. Then she says "Communist Party", which simultaneously expands the controversy from "progressive vs. conservative" to "South Korea v. North Korea" *out of nowhere* + makes her attempt at trying to mitigate the political mess even more ridiculous. It's a perfect comedic moment with just the right amount of "Oh shit, did she really just say that" + "đđ this is so ridiculous" + Communist Party mention which expands and then explodes the tension. That's why the staff are going absolutely bonkers đđđ.
