2025-12-19 06:59:16 +0000 UTCI like this film, I wish that the ending wasn't explained through sci-fi/supernatural means though. It just seemed kind of out of place/lazy to me. The whole film slowly revealed the reality of the tricks being performed so I was hoping for something like that to reveal the ultimate trick/ending. Still a very enjoyable film, just my two cents.

As they describe it in the beginning and the end, there's a pledge, a turn and a prestige. The entire movie It's based off of that premise, and is presented to us in that way. Once you understand that, that's when you really get the power of this movie
