Honestly if you are going to react to the MCU, it would be best if you reacted to the full MCU, and not skip any movies, shows or specials! 1st, it is always better to watch something and draw your own conclusions rather than miss out on something you might enjoy because others tell you its bad to them. 2nd, regardless what we as the audience can see now, every project in the MCU plays a roll in the story as a whole. When the MCU started, there were earlier movies people hated on and didn't think were relevant, but now with hindsight even the hated earlier movies have a clear tie in to the MCU, even if the payoff is a phase or 2 later, and alot of people who rewatch them have a better appreciation for those movies.

I think we are going through Marvel's. dark days with Love and Thunder, Quantimania , the Marvels and Secret Invasion and Echo (anyone remember that?), but we have blue skies ahead with Guardians 3 and the glorious Deadpool and Wolverine coming soon. Who are these haters? Me? Cuz I literally said do them just find a way to add in at least one or two other genres of something in the rotation. I saw literally one comment say drop the MCU altogether and a bunch of people say in one sentence they don't want to watch she-hulk but these are the same people as me who have just been ignoring it. I personally hope they do more 'older' movies, there are plenty of great movies that came out long before 2000. At this point they have what, 6 more MCU shows/movies? I'm looking forward to them branching out. Heck, for Christmas they ought to check out It's a Wonderful Life, a really old B&W classic. It also has a bit to do with what group they picked on during the show. Also, some of these shows got review bombed BEFORE they came out, and as you mentioned, it seems to be especially prevalent in the shows with women as the leads.

Your argument is just wrong, and actually, if they lose patrons because they now skip what the haters want to dump, then that is a bad business decision. What really bothers me is that this came about because of negative comments, which prompted this poll. Most aren't even a half hour once you remove the end credits. More like 22-25 minutes. I suggested they break it up into 2 videos. They could do the entire series in a single week. Best of both options. They get to see everything in the show, the fans of it get to watch it, and by the next week they're on to something else so the people who don't want to watch it aren't stuck skipping videos for the next month.

Again, it's not about just She-Hulk. Many of us don't enjoy the later MCU mini shows and we have been avoiding them without much bitching. They have watched quite a few terrible MCU shows and now were getting the chance to voice our concerns and will you look at that it's not winning. I can't stand The Boys, so I don't watch those reactions, but I don't bitch about it. If you don't like some of what they do, don't watch those parts, but petitioning them, and that's why they posed the question at all, is not fair to those that want to see She Hulk. It's a comedy, and part of the problem lies more in people not getting the joke, and a little by a certain group of fan 'boys' who were insulted that the show made them look bad.

Consider this when making your decision. Those who don't want to see it can just not watch it, but those who want to see it lose something if you just do it on YT. Since this is close to half and half, do you disappoint nearly half of your viewers, while those who don't want to see it lose nothing if you do full length reactions.

I know an INCREDIBLE reaction channel for Marvel. They literally tick every box for me. Quality picture and sound, full-length, scheduled post so you know exactly when and what to expect. Very few hiccups in the posting schedule. Male and female host, started the MCU blind and their reactions are so authentic and you can tell they genuinely love what they're watching. Currently, we're getting like 4 shows and 2-3 movies a week, with Marvel every Sunday. They've done every Marvel property - just finishing up What If and will do all of the Netflix Marvel as well. They pick the majority of the tv shows but do allow us to vote on the "BIG ONE." Monthly poll with 3 rounds to decide the movies for the month. Best part, there's no tiers with exclusive content and it's less than $10 a month. Let me know if you're interested and I'll point you in the right direction.

She-hulk is fun. People hold it up to the infinity saga and go: "boooo". Its unfair. I suggest watching it. Edit it down to a single youtube video. The werewolf movie, is okay-ish.. its a very niche movie. Judgement on that is very divided. She-hulk will return in a bigger role down the line, in an unreleased project. i think you'd wanna form a bond with the character if you wanna enjoy her reappearing later on. Imagine seeing the avengers movie but only seen tony in a recap video. Also Deadpool 3 is releasing in November on Disney+. If you skip stuff you'll have an mcu dry spell till then because you are almost caught up.

Something you definitely should consider doing before Daredevil Born Again comes out is to watch seasons 2 and 3 of the first DD (Netflix) series. All of the Netflix MCU shows (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, the Defenders, and Punisher) are part of the official MCU canon. Watching all of that probably isn't feasible, but I would watch DD season two, then recaps on Jessica Jones S1, Luke Cage S1, and Iron Fist S1, then watch The Defenders, DD season three, then recaps on Jessica Jones S2 & S3, Luke Cage S2, and Iron Fist S2. The Punisher isn't connected to the other shows except for DD, but I haven't watched it so I don't have a recommendation on how you should watch it.

The Boys is superhero Stranger Things is supernatural powers She-Hulk would be MCU And I think one other thing was MCU related? Then it's two Tarantino movies. Would it be possible to to spread out the MCU/superhero stuff (besides Boys cuz you gotta catch up) and Tarantino more and start like DCU, while adding in a couple movies from other directors or movie genres? Like do Inglorious bastards this round and like Inception or a comedy, then Django next round. And do She-Hulk or whatever the order is and whatever MCU next movie, then like some classic film or something. Yes watch all the shows in order and completely. Never let anybody tell you if something is good or bad to watch. I really liked She-Hulk. It perfectly trolls the more toxic fans of the MCU. My only negative for it is the cgi isn't up to the best Marvel can do. Keep it a Patreon exclusive if you don't think it will do well on YouTube, but please watch and react to all the D+ MCU shows.

Best of both ideas: You should do the entire season in 2 videos. There's 9 episodes so a video of 4 and a video of 5. Episodes are around 22-25 minutes each so a 4 episode video is actually shorter than a typical The Boys or Daredevil video with 2 episodes. Knock out the whole season in a week so the people who want to watch it can watch it and you guys can move on to the movies and whatever comes next.

She-Hulk isn’t perfect, but it’s a great time if you want to have some fun. The show’s got plenty of entertaining cameos and offers something fresh that you won’t find in the usual MCU. I know some people might tell you to skip it, but honestly, I’d say give it a shot. It’s definitely not the worst MCU show out there. If you’re looking for the best experience, watch it, but maybe squeeze in some MCU movies between episodes to keep the Marvel magic going!

Personally, I don't think I would skip any of it. I cannot watch part of anything without finishing. I actually liked She-Hulk. It's not the best Marvel show but I don't think it's the worst. I've got severe OCD so maybe that's why I can't skip things....but thats just me. I would prefer you to do them all but I'm going to watch whatever you react to. Just do what you think is best. I prefer to watch them all but I'm here for your reactions not the shows.

At the end of the day it can be seen as a legal comedy series (akin to the Legally Blonde movies) with some cool action and actual decent story telling. If you think of it that way, you will like it

I respectfully disagree about Werewolf by Night and Echo. Werewolf by Night was actually well received by fans and I hear people want more one-and-done specials in that format. Granted Echo could’ve been done better, but I still liked it. I would just say watch it in two parts if not all in one go. I’m a little 50-50 about She-Hulk, but I DEFINITELY agree about skipping Secret Invasion. The pacing of the story left something to be desired, but I did like one particular actress and her performance. Her character is one I’d like to see return in the future.

I would’ve compiled some of the storylines so that the show wouldn’t feel so dragged on. Some of the cgi definitely could’ve been better, but the fourth wall breaking was fun. I believe Jen was the first character in the comics to do that before Deadpool did.

it’s entirely up to you, but if you are gonna watch She-Hulk I would advise doing three episodes at a time instead of two. (It’s probably a bit late to suggest that.) In any case the runtimes are shorter than those of the other shows so far, and it won’t feel like it’s dragging on as much as it felt for us two years ago.

I joined for mcu reactions discounting the marvel shows as a part of mcu is removing a large chapter of the mcu. It’ll be a shame if that happens

It also has a bit to do with what group they picked on during the show. Also, some of these shows got review bombed BEFORE they came out, and as you mentioned, it seems to be especially prevalent in the shows with women as the leads.

Oh please, their plan was to do all the MCU stuff, until the haters of certain shows/movies started whining. If it were an 80/20 split for those against it, then maybe, but why deny the patrons who want it, when it would barely delay getting to other things?

As an answer to your first sentence, The Octobers are running a business. When the show in question is not getting the views it should be, why should they continue it especially after putting out a poll on the matter where the MAJORITY have said they don't want to see it.

We're going to see John Bernthal's Punisher again pretty soon and I hope they give him his own show again. He's too good in that role to leave him as a supporting cast member.

I didn't like nor hate Morbius it was just largely meh. I didn't see Madame Web because the one spider superhero I like or will even watch is Spider-man. So I don't have any opinion on Madame Web.
