The other guys were FURIOUS and let him know that was completely unacceptable and was to never happen again or they would kick his ass ! That was the only time anything ever happened like that. I have worked with men and women and working with men is by far better. Women are catty, two faced and love drama too much. The men will tell you like it is, feelings be damned lol

I've never seen a man conduct himself this way. men's egos are to big, id slap someone if they acted like that in front of me. just the fact they think they could is enough to make a man feel violent and challenged. and any man who does act like that is a child and probably lives with there mom. they dont employ people.

Racist, abusive, and talks pretty terribly about women (close to misogyny). A lot of that is cuz of his father unfortunately, but its always on you to break the cycle. Will has lost a lot of time the last 2 years, he was missing, came back, everyone treated him weird, then he gets flayed and has to go through all that. He didnt get to grow the last couple years the same way everyone else did. And on the asshole dudes at the paper, i mean in 40 yrs ago it really was “men rule the workplace,” its prob slightly exaggerated here but it was pretty bad back then.

They went a little overboard showing the male chauvinism in the work place. I’m sure there is one like that in places but for all of them to act that way…imo is extremely exaggerated in this show.

And the fourth season elevates the first three, as all the confusing aspects of these seasons start to come into focus. The way the Duffer brothers constructed this story is as impressive as the story itself, just when you think it can't get any 'stranger,' it does.

I think it's gonna be a duality like Will was. it makes me feel kind of bad for billy atm. Billy wasn't a nice guy before this, but he wasn't evil lol. he was crying and confessing, but as he grabbed that shard, Will said he felt the mind flayer showing up. that is just my two cents.

I think I saw Reacher in one of your polls, that’s a fun action packed show, not too heavy and a quick chew (I.e. short seasons). Plus it’s set in Georgia, which is the state you’re in I believe. But probably not a show that will get a ton of views.

2024-08-22 15:00:40 +0000 UTCPhoebe Cates is a popular actress from the 80s. She was in Gremlins, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Drop Dead Fred and many others. She was a beautiful girl and 80s boys loved her. (I recommend Drop Dead Fred.....great movie!) I always thought the sauna scene is so sad for Billy. I know he's not a great person without the shadow monster's influence but I believe he was genuinely sorry for what he was forced to do. He was mean to Max because his father was mean to him. I dont think he enjoyed it. It's similar to how Will sends the soldiers to the trap in the tunnels.....he wasn't in control and he had to do it. I would imagine being internally forced to do evil would be horrible for anyone. I don't think there are bad seasons of this show. They're all amazing in their own way. Lots of awesome things still to come....I can't wait for yall to see it!

He didn’t understand what it was like to be a woman in that office and belittling her, the lack of respect they all have for her because of her gender.. it’s fucked. But also I get where he is coming from that he got fired when he needs the money, and it’s something that he must stress about and if you have money, something that you don’t have the burden of constantly worrying about. They both were in the right to feel how they felt, just sucks how it went down. I understand both sides 100% and don’t feel like there’s a wrong or right side.

Will broke his hand free and was choking Joyce in Hopper's cabin in season 2. So Billy being a lot bigger and stronger than Will is a given and can take more punishment from El. The Mind Flayer doesn't carefully select people to take over, just who ever Billy can get his hands on. So Tom at the paper being Heather's dad isn't part of the plan.

If you rewatch the scene you can see Finn look to the side at producers with worry because he was worried and didn’t expect that.
