Late comment here, but I also used to have like an hour bus ride every day. Reason being, the school I went to was all country kids. So even though some of us were only 10 minutes out of down, they had to pick up 20-30 kids per route, so it wasn't unusual to get picked up like 45 minutes before school started

(i feel like when I played those I was new to the franchise so they are nostalgic) Origins was my favorite to explore bc I loved gallivanting through Ancient Egypt! I actually made Mr O check it out a few years ago! Thanks for sharing that!

2024-06-24 20:56:18 +0000 UTCAbsolutely brutal! Poor Helaena....she's such a victim all the way around. She sees what is to come and I think it will be crushing for her emotionally in the long run. It's never ok to harm a child for any reason....of course. I would never condone that. I honestly just think Daemon was in pain. His brother died, (he believes murdered by the Greens) the crown was taken from his wife, Laena died while pregnant by dragon at her own hand, his daughter with Rhaenyra died during birth....and now from his point of view the Greens intentionally murdered Lucerys. He seems horrific and brutal but I think it's a knee-jerk reaction to the overwhelming pain. I think he sees it as, "we've lost so much and they've lost nothing....I want them to see what it's like." I think I feel for him because he reminds me of my sister. She's shows anger instead of pain like he does. She's crazy and so is he! Now, with Alicent....well she definitely "speaks with two tounges." One to denounce Rhaenyra and the other to secretly do things she publicly condemns. Very hypocritical. I hate the entire situation for Rhaenyra. Of course she wanted Aemond dead....he killed her child. She would never be ok with killing a child for revenge but now it will seem as she would. It's tragic...completely tragic. All caught up! Awesome! It's going to be great watching this with ya'll. Great reaction as always! Thank you! Love ya'll!

2024-06-24 17:48:07 +0000 UTCAemond probably went home and told right away. They also mention that Alicent wrote a letter of apology. It's possible that that's what Daemon was seen delivering to Rhaenyra in the closing moments of season 1. After that, she had to go out and see for herself.

When that was spoke on the show it might’ve been Daemon/Rhaenyra further playing up the lie of him being dead. He’s not been seen since ep7 as far as the show goes hence why I included him in the list

Remember he has the largest dragon and also the one that’s seen and partaken in dozens of battles. Without Aemond, Vhagar does not have a rider, meaning they lose her. Whilst politically killing the second in line for the throne under the Green’s doesn’t make much sense, strategically it not only makes sense- it’s the most logical solution. Even Otto agreed in season 1 during the whole fight in Driftmark where Aemond lost his eye that Vhagar + Aemond are the deadliest pairing. Without him the betrothal with the Baratheon’s fall through which might make them back out and they lose men. It’s a big domino effect in this scenario. Also since we’re at S2 now here’s a dragon/rider breakdown as of S2: Rhaenyra - Syrax Daemon - Caraxes Rhaenys - Meleys Baela - Moondancer Laenor - Seasmoke Aegon - Sunfyre Aemond - Vhagar Helaena - Dreamfyre Jacaerys - Vermax There are a couple others but they might not be hatched yet so I won’t spoil that, these are just the confirmed ones so far.

There’s also drawings in the background of Helaena’s visions and one of them is of a dead baby. When Aegon walks in she’s sowing something which people believe to be a funeral shroud. Someone also blew up the sound when she’s mumbling and it sounds like she’s saying “they only want the boy”. Great performance by Phia!

2024-06-24 00:28:01 +0000 UTCwhen deamon hired blood and cheese he asked daemon what happens if he can't find aemond and daemons look right before it cuts is him coming up with an alternative which is kill one of the kings kids. the plot is mostly the same from the books the thing is daemon wasn’t at king’s landing finding blood and cheese and in the book the goal wasn’t to kill aemond it was to kill aegons kid that’s really what a son for a son means
