Egee's Summer Patreon Update! | YouTube, Spotify, Commissions

Hello Flufferschnoots! The holiday season is on the horizon and I'm excitedly preparing for the next chapter for Egee in his ASMR adventures.

August has been awfully busy but we're at the end of the month! I spent a lot of last weekend planning and I want to share some of the good stuffs with you.

Patreon Updates!

Good 'ole Patreon made some (good) changes to how posts work. One thing I've noticed is they've basically hidden Tags, presumably because they want you to use Collections and Podcasts instead.

My collections are a bit messy and there's no good way of separating audio from video pieces without creating separate collections, and I don't want to manage tons of them. I'm beginning to add "tags" to the title of posts, that way you can search for them.

Spotify Egee?

A neat thing Patreon offers is podcasts. It lets me put my audios on Spotify as "podcasts". Unfortunately, the integration is half-baked and I actually broke one of the podcast this weekend.

So, instead of posting to Spotify thru Patreon, I'm going to start uploading there directly. Since I accidentally nuked one of the podcasts already, I figure now's a good time to start over.

Egee on Spotify will be just like Egee on YouTube. In fact, Spotify Egee will be almost like a mirror of YouTube. That way, if anything goes wrong again, I can just say "Find me on Spotify!".

Return to YouTube!?

I've been teasing for a few months. Yes - I am finally bringing my ASMR to YouTube in September! It'll be under the channel e.g. ASMR and it will be awesome.

I've got two videos primed & ready for release and I already have October's videos planned (candy nom noms). I'm biding my time in September for commissions! Which will open this week, although just for supporters since there's so much interest and I don't do them very often. 💙

Website Egee

The poor egee.xyz website has been stuck in development hell for like two months. I had this really cool idea of a gallery of Egee's where you could go to this or that Egee's page and see all his art comms, audios, videos, etc.

Unfortunately, it's been too difficult to implement with the new theme so I'm shelving it for now. Instead, I've switched to working on a new Gallery page. It's basically done, I just need to upload all my art and add descriptions.
