It’s somewhere around here that GoT starts to get annoying to me. There is entirely too much standing around while Drogon is blasting fire on people, not nearly enough basic getting out of the way of the flames, and then I start to notice it everywhere: people standing around doing nothing while someone is killing them: Shae being strangled by Tyrion, that first man Arya stabbed, and other instances I won’t mention in case they’re spoilers — I haven’t caught up to you guys yet. Mr October mentioned it even, when Tyrion kicked the hell out of that guy at the slave auction — he just did nothing to defend himself. I guess good writing doesn’t always equate to good action?

She meant she would have her whipped for tresspassing if she kept lurking. When she first went in the owner kicked her out, but a valuable employee wanted some, so she was allowed to sell to them, but normally is not allowed to sell in an establishment like that, only on the street.

But some of the best moments, set pieces, visuals and episodes occur in season 6. It’s the culmination of so much of what we’ve seen to this point. Can’t wait!!!!

My impression was the Starks were the most important characters and that includes Jon Snow. Season 6 is gonna flip everything. It's the best of the series in my opinion. You asked about favorite episodes once and I held off from saying it but it's in Season 6....I can't wait to move forward. I have a feeling you're gonna love it! Thanks for the reactions....so quick!

2024-04-06 13:07:09 +0000 UTCIn the books Daenerys was in the fighting pit. Her marriage with Hizdahr is already done. She decided to sign a truce with Yunkai to stop the violence. In the fighting pit someone tries to poison her but her guard gets poisoned instead. Tyrion is not yet with Daenerys. He is with a slave master who decides to let Tyrion and another dwarf woman to fight against a lion in the fighting pit. A cruel entertainment. But Daenerys stops that act immediately. Drogon comes to the fighting pit (probably attracted by the smell of blood) and starts feeding on the dead bodies. People starts panicking. Someone throws a spear at him. Daenerys jumps into the pit to save Drogon. Drogon lashes out at Daenerys. She takes a whip and whips at Drogon few times and finally when she sees he's tamed, she mounts him. But Drogon just takes her far away to the grasslands called the Dothraki Sea on top of a rocky hill. She and Drogon stays there for several days feeding on whatever Drogon hunts and on fishes from a small pond in there. She starts flying on him more often. She feels like being in a little girl's dream. But then she realises that she's the Queen and her people needs her especially in such a time. So she decides to go back to Meereen by foot because Drogon doesn't take her back there. On her way she starves. She eats wild berries and get diarrhea. She's almost dying. And finally Drogon finds her lost in the grasslands. She mounts him. Hunt a horse. They both starts eating the horse. That's when the dothrakis surround them. But she's not alone. She's right next to Drogon.

Night's Watch was more pissed because Jon wanted Night's Watch to fight Boltons. He received a letter from Ramsay saying that he needs his wife Arya Stark back. (In the books Ramsay marries Arya or a girl who is disguised as Arya. She's actually a childhood friend of Sansa). The girl disguised as Arya and Theon escaped winterfell and goes to Stannis. Mance Ryder is alive and is in Winterfell disguised as a singer. It's he who helps the girl and Theon escape. So Jon decides to fight Ramsay and asks Night's Watch to join this fight. That is breaking the law of Night's Watch because night's Watch take no part in the wars of the 7 kingdoms. So some people who already hate Jon, stabs him in front of everyone at Castle Black.

It made me a much bigger fan of this universe trying to piece these puzzles together. The lore is very deep and super fun but dont worry season 6 is a banger for the most part. Lots of great stuff in 6

2024-04-06 04:45:32 +0000 UTCWithout giving anything away, Aria is training to become an assassin ..the mini face God , he keeps referring to himself in the third person as” a man” because he’s “no one” so he’s teaching her how to become “no one” and whatever you do… DO NOT give up on the show, I know it sucks and Nobody is ever safe. That’s what makes the show great because you don’t expect the main characters to be killed off because when Ned died, I think I passed out and went into the matrix , so even though it sucks, whatever you do don’t give up and you have to remember that it was Jon who brought the Wildling together him, and Tormond , who wants hated each other now have become I guess you can say friends so they won’t listen to a northern, but they will listen to their own .. just please keep going.

The worst of the worst happens to characters who don't deserve it at all. I didn't read the books, so I don't know if Shireen burning was in there. But I do know that the books left off with Jon's death. And that was a loooong time ago. To the best of my knowledge, 6 - 8 is almost entirely original material, with the exception of a few *very* consequential bits and pieces.

It was happenstance that Drogon arrived at that particular time. Seasons 1-8 are really good. Don't let these Game of Thrones book-reading yahoos discourage you. They tried to do the same thing to me when I was reacting to Game of Thrones for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed all 8 seasons, especially the 8th season!!!

And had to sneak off to the bathroom at work to watch yall react to Drogon swooping in to save Dany! I havent read the books but I personally think Dany at that moment had just closed her eyes because she was accepting that she was going to die. But I do think that Drogon could sense she was in danger.

(That’s ok it was so much packed in to these two episodes. I realize it’s a lot to cover. ) We aren’t really sure what happened to them. The writer is so good he makes you wonder did we lose 2 Starks or 1 this episode? And Arya was blind at the end of the episode. As has already been mentioned in other comments last episode Bran will be back in season 6. The books end with Johns death everything after this for the North is the HBO writers story with a few hints by Martin to guide them. Most people love season 6 and some of the episodes won awards they were so good. A lot to look forward to. Just like after the red wedding it’s hard to see what can happen next that you will be interested in then comes along a whole other storyline that has you on the edge of your seat. This was an awesome reaction! Thank you.

It is so well-written and as you said the show has so many layers it´s ridicillous. Can you guys imagine how the fans and all the viewers reacted when season 5 went black and we had to wait for season 6! And I can so you this season 6 is fucking incredible! I can´t wait to see your reactions for the next season.
