Hello Flufferschnoots and Padawans! It's time for a very special Egee roleplay. Say hello to Jedi Master Egee!
It's May 4th and I really wanted to get this to you yesterday but the post-production of this piece was an absolute catastrophe. So many issues cropped up at the end that the video project become corrupt. I'm going to write a blog post about it on the hobby website.
Neverminding the technical issues,this roleplay is, in my opinion, my best ever. I'm so happy with it.. My performance, the background audio & video, and I animated my boy!
Jedi Egee art is by the fabulous Forastor. He's styled after the legendary Kyle Katarn. The background is from Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, a game (and series) I spent a tremendous amount of time playing playing as a kiddo. And wow, that game holds up today!
The soundscape is straight from the game. I recorded as high quality as I could and made it a bit more binaural in Audacity. The birds in the game's soundscape were way too loud so I edited each one manually. It took a while!
And lastly about the soundscape, I made the boulder sounds during the force training segment with rocks from my garden. I set them up in my driveway and played with them with the Zoom H3 recording.
Phew this piece was a lot of work. So glad it's done! Hope you Flufferbutts enjoy it and May The Force Be With You! š
