Added 2023-05-05 23:15:03 +0000 UTCIt's been a while since I've gotten a cool new Egee scene and with the military themed holidays this month, I thought getting a WW2 themed scene would be fun!
This Egee is inspired by the British Special Air Service unit of World War 2. I've always been a bit of a military history buff and I figure VE Day gives me ample reason to riff on one of my favorite subjects!
The sketch came together so fast that I forgot to screenshot it like I usually do. Merlin whipped this up so fast that it's pretty amazing really.
The only thing that changed between the sketch and the final piece is the background. It was originally a fully enclosed church but I think the ruined background looks way better.
I had the idea of turning the full-body cut-out into a Tiny Egee video but I think I'm just going to play as SAS Egee and talk about WW2 related stuff. It'll be fun!
